GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR SALE
1. Goods travelling for and at the risk of the buyer even if the transportation costs are paid by the seller.
2. Complaints about faulty receipt are accepted within 15 days of receipt of goods by the buyer, otherwise the acceptance is considered unconditional.
3. Returns of goods are accepted within 2 months of their invoicing if they are unused and under the following conditions:
A. Goods that are sold as available ex-stock may be replaced only after approval by our company and at the return value specified by our company.
B. Goods with specific technical specifications can be returned only after approval by the manufacturer and the refund value will be decided by the manufacturer.
4. The goods remain the property of the seller until they have been fully paid for. The payment of the current invoice is by cash only. The only exception is if there has been a special agreement that is also mentioned in our offer and in the way of payment in the front of this invoice. The delay in payment of the current invoice beyond the agreed payment time will be charged with the current delay interests.
5. The final payment of the current invoice is only recognized by a receipt issued by our company.
6. Money orders (Checks) repay amounts covered when received.
7. The responsibilities for any technical defect or defect of goods sold shall be borne solely by the respective construction firm, domestic or foreign, whether the pricing for the customer is carried out by our company or directly from the construction firm. 8. For any dispute for the current invoice, responsible are the Courts of Piraeus, Greece
