Moving and Lifting a load is not always easy and apart from the use of a hoist, there are many cases where the use of a combination of special mechanisms is needed that will allow the user to handle a load easily and safely.

MAGNETS
Permanent lifting magnets are ideal for the simple, fast and therefore economical transfer of loads made by ferromagnetic material. The use of high-quality neodymium material gives the magnet great force for lifting loads while keeping the overall weight of the mechanism low.
By activating the magnet, the materials, in flat or cylindrical form, can be easily collected and lifted without the load being affected by the magnetic field and without the possibility of its deterioration. When the magnet is activated, the operating lever locks with a safety lock to prevent accidental demagnetization.
Thanks to the simple “Easy Switch” function, the lifting magnet can be moved quickly and safely with one hand. This reliable system allows safe, practical and faster work with time savings of up to 40% and is ideal in cases where industrial automation is necessary.
GRABS
Grabs are components known for their reliability, quality and safety in lifting and moving loads. For transporting and handling loads via a hoist, these mechanisms offer the ideal connection between the hook and the load for almost any application.
The beam grab for horizontal transport can handle a maximum load capacity of 500 - 7500 kg. The staggered suspension eye ensures that the carrier flange is kept practically horizontal during transport. The safety lock keeps the grab securely locked.
The beam grab for vertical transport can handle a maximum load capacity of 750 - 3000 kg.
Grabs are widely used to transport and overturn barrels in the lubrication and oil industries and also boxes, rolls and packages of paper / aluminum and other large and irregularly sized materials in paper mills, steel mills and recycling plants.
CLAMPS
Clamps are components that offer safety in lifting and moving loads. They can be secured on the materials that need to be transported, with the help of the winch, where the operator wishes, in countless applications.
The plate clamp with safety lock for a maximum load capacity of 500 - 30000 kg, is mainly used for transporting, lifting and rotating individual steel plates in a vertical position.
The plate clamp with modular hook ring and security lock TBS and TBS plus, for a maximum load capacity of 1.000 – 10.000 kg, is equipped with a modular hook ring or chain. The clamp can be used for safe handling of the plates at different angles.
Some examples of applications are the following:
Lifting of sheet metal and iron beams as well as cylindrical iron and cast iron pipes for use in machine shops, shops, industries of construction and distribution of similar materials and in the construction sector (Cranes, bridges, construction, etc.).
LIFTING AND LASHING STRAPS
The lifting and lashing straps are lightweight and allow easy handling of loads while protecting against damage of the load surfaces. They are available for weight lifting up to 20 t and made of polyester and thermally fixed materials.
There are different types of straps depending on the weight, material and specifics of each load. The straps are resistant to heat up to +100 ° C and to frost and humidity at -40 ° C. They can be round or with loops at their ends and made of materials suitable for distributing the pressure evenly to pressure-sensitive and traction-sensitive loads or to withstand adverse conditions.
There is also a wide variety of cargo straps. They are available in standard lengths of 4 m and 6 m, while depending on the type of load the user needs to secure, they are available in different widths and for different lashing forces. All lashing straps are also available in a 2-piece package with twisted retaining hooks, nail hooks or frame hooks. Other lengths are available on request.
Straps are used to fasten and stabilize loads on trucks, cars and mopeds or even on workbenches. Lifting loads such as boxes in warehouses for loading, storage or even for processing other materials such as pipes and other mainly cylindrical items for use in machine shops and the construction sector.
SPECIAL LIFTING BEAMS
Lifting beams and crane forks are available in many variants:
The beams are suitable for transporting symmetrical and asymmetrical loads, for lifting and moving standard boxes and pallets up to 25.000 kg. They usually have lifting brackets with hooks and are adjustable. Ideal for lifting big bags, special baskets and any kind of cargo.
Fork lifts with a carrying capacity of 2000 - 5300 kg, are used for lifting pallets and loads that have special recesses so that the forks can pass. There is the possibility of height adjustment and automatic balancing system.
When receiving the load, the forks automatically tilt upwards, thus preventing it from slipping unintentionally from them.
They are used for lifting big bags with bulk materials for food, chemical industries etc. Lifting boxes and other materials placed on pallets as well as simultaneous lifting of 2 or more loads in special applications (eg Lifting a roll of paper to be placed in a processing machine through a through tube that must be lifted simultaneously from both ends).
