Services- Availability
The company CHR. BOZNOS AND SON SA provides the following services:
Immediate availability of electric hoists from 250 - 2000kg and manual hoists from 500 - 2000kg according to customer lifting requirements
Control and preventive maintenance of the hoists
Conversions to hoists according to the requirements of each customer (change of lifting height, change from fixed suspension to suspension with manual
or electric trolley etc)
Service
The company CHR. BOZNOS AND SON SA has officially taken over the technical support of the Columbus McKinnon hoists. It provides free telephone
support for immediate resolution of customer problems. In case that the problem cannot be solved by phone, it is possible for the technician to visit the
client's premises for an on site autopsy. Alternatively, the customer can send his winch to a specially designed department at the company's headquarters
in Piraeus. After the inspection, a report is sent to the customer, informing him about the problem and the cost of repair (spare parts and work).The company's technicians have been trained and certified by the factory of CMCO in Germany. At its headquarters in Piraeus, the company maintains
special testing machines as well as a full range of spare parts for the hoists for a fast service.

All Columbus McKinnon species are accompanied by all the necessary certificates under European Union law.
